Avoiding GMOs

Avoiding GMOs in your holiday menus? Try to get organic whenever possible!! If you can't get organic then avoid corn on the cob, zucchini, edamame (soy beans), yellow squash, beets and Hawaiian papaya that are most common as GMO. Corn and Soy that are used in processed foods is almost always GMO. I do want to point out though that GMOs have not invaded the great snack pop corn yet.
